New York Today, New Delhi Tomorrow!

A year ago today (October 16) we were on our cruise to Australia and New Zealand.  We had crossed both the equator and the International Date Line and were enjoying a day in American Samoa.  It was a beautiful island that we really enjoyed seeing.  If useless trivia is your thing the only US National Park in the Southern Hemisphere is in American Samoa.
Fast forward a year and here we go again!  We fly from Tampa to New York today.  Spend the night in New York and leave tomorrow for India.  A mere 12 hour and 30 minute flight to Dubai, two hour layover and then a 3 hour and 25 minute flight to Delhi and we're there!  I don't think we'll be mistaking Delhi for American Samoa!
Beth and I were talking this morning about this adventure.  Every time we would see India on the TV show "The Amazing Race" we would comment about how interesting and challenging it looked.  Well, we're about to find out!
